Summary

H&F Curtains and Blinds Ltd is a leading blinds and curtains producer of textiles. We provide made-to-measure service for blinds and curtains for home customers. With our excellent service and quality, we have gained a fantastic reputation and a large increase in customer base for our business over time. We have a large range of different products, colours, and designs that we offer our customers. We also have in-home services where we provide expert advice and specialist measuring and fitting. 

With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a reputation for excellence, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead customer service and work to be carried out from the shop. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

You will need to demonstrate how you have improved customer satisfaction, customer retention, complaint management, quality, accuracy, and by applying changes to processes.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Director and team to ensure all service products and tools are maintained in line with current business performance and opportunities. 

Drive incremental revenue opportunity through digital sales inquiry lead management and service prospecting activities.

  • Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers
  • Drive continuous improvement across all services and processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Assisting and Advising the customers
  • First contact investigating and resolving customers’ problems
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • Regular meetings with the Director to discuss improvements to the customer service
  • Learning about the organisation’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
  • Building training plans and occasionally designing and delivering training sessions
  • Ensure all KPIs and SLAs are met across all our channels, Phone, Email, Chat, and bot.

The Individual 

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills to advise and assist customers clearly, and liaise effectively with other professionals in the industry.  
  • Listening skills, to understand the customer’s requirements and advise accordingly.  
  • Creative thinking that improves customer service standards. 
  • Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face-to-face. 
  • A commitment to improve personal customer service skills on an ongoing basis. 
  • An understanding of database management & marketing. Proficiency with computers and working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools. 
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: The salary for this job will be £26,500 per annum.

Experience 

  • Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
